Kim Walker - How He Loves Us

How He Loves Us
Kim Walker #156 (6/8)

INTRO: F#, D#m7, C#, B/D#

V1: F#
He is jealous for me
D#m7
Love's like a hurricane, I am a tree
C# B/D#
Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy
V2: F#
When all of a sudden, I am unaware of these
D#m7
Afflictions eclipsed by glory
C#
And I realize just how beautiful You are
B/D#
And how great your affections are for me.

CH: F# D#m7
And oh, how He loves us so
C#
Oh, how He loves us
B
How He loves us so.

CH2: F#
Yeah, He loves us
D#m7
Woah, how He loves us
C#
Woah, how He loves us
B
Woah, how He loves.

BR: F#
We are His portion and He is our prize,
D#m7
Drawn to redemption by the grace in His eyes
C# B
If grace is an ocean we're all sinking
F#
So heaven meets earth like a sloppy wet kiss
D#m7
And my heart turns violently inside of my chest
C#
I don't have time to maintain these regrets
B
When I think about the way

  4. This is a chord chart/lead sheet - not sheet music. Sheet music has staffs, notes, etc.

  5. To all those who fussed that this isn't sheet music, be ashamed. My goodness. You went searching for something specific and found something specific that is different. You are looking for piano music (which I play) and found the more common guitar tabs/chords chart that many pianists use as well.

And the audacity of the one person to ask if that is too hard for this generous soul! Apparently is too hard for the anonymous poster!! Seriously? Someone does something for benefit of many others which requires time, talent, and puts it out here for our benefit without charging a penny! Unbelievable. Here's a lesson: you reap what you sow. You want kindness, be kind. You want generosity, be generous. and the list goes on and on....

  7. Well, I know this is 6-7 years after some of the previous comments (at some I am appalled), but THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR! As a pianist/keyboardist, I use different formats for various reasons. Please don't be so critical just because something is different or unfamiliar to you. Remember, regardless of what we know or don't know, in spite of what we like or don't like, HOW HE LOVES US!
